- I have been practicing yoga for about 8 years, and I have been teaching yoga for about 5 years. Yoga is my passion. I love to teach it, study it, practice it, read about it. I create note cards inspired by yoga as well.
- What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?
- I prefer a mellow asana practice. I teach restorative yoga and a mellow flow type of yoga. I enjoy teaching people to experience the life-changing aspects of yoga, and I like to mix different types of yoga in my personal practice and in my teaching.
