What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?
I practice mysore ashtanga 2nd series, 5 days a week, 1 day vinysa ashtanga flow class. I have been practicing yoga for 14 yrs. Much more devoted the pass couple of years. I have practiced hatha, kundalini (one of my favs), integral, Anasura, kripula, and iengar.
