- Katherine is reletively new to Yoga, only had a few classes and just thought it was mostly poses. Jeremy is more knowledgable about the meditation and energy practices.
- What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?
- Jeremy may have had a very strong unsolicited kundalini experiance as a teenager. This may have brought on bipolaror schizophrenia. 15 years later we are still seeking answers.
