About Me:: The suffering I see all around me often overwhelms me with emotion.
I know this is true because of the rivers and rivers of tears that often flows
during meditation. I am working hard, very hard to overcome the anger
I feel because of the suffering I see.

There are opportunities to express kindness and compassion every single
moment we live. They do not have to be grandiose and sweeping to be
powerful and to make a difference.

Namaste to everyone who understands and Peace-out Bro to those who are
not quite there yet!

What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?: I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga, off and on for over 20 years
and I still don't recognize my own shadow!

Nature is the great visible engine of creativity!

I have seen the light of 1000 stars but none so bright as the light within!

You must go inside to find where your soul begins!
