- About Me:
- It's wonderful being surrounded by yoga community. I'm an outdoor's person that enjoys lively conversations and sunsets. I teach at a few local studio's and am the Organizer for the Denver Cooperative.
- What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?
- I've been practicing yoga for eight years. My introduction to yoga was from an amazing teacher who has studied with Iyengar. After developing a strong home practice, I've explored other styles. I've lived in a yoga ashram to learn about the yogi lifestyles. My certification is in Hatha yoga.

You sound too Cool! I Love your B/G in Yoga, I need some advice/Mentoring from you, as I am Getting my Teach Cert in 'Yoga Alliance', in Lieu of 'Yoga B.C.', so that I ca Teach/Train NEW Teachers.
I am going to Build a Aqua, and, Yoga Rehab Ctr., a 'Not for Profit',Rehab Location in my Fave Place Hawaii- probably Kona/Maui. I want to utilize my Birth righted inheritance, in my Parents Honor, and, 'In their Name'.
I have been an Aquatherapist, at the "YMCA", for 6-years, and, the City's of Burnaby & Surrey. I am a Yoga Hog!
I have a Yoga Pass, with the City of Burnaby-right next store, Literally, to Vancouver! The Passes are Only $56 a Month, and, cheaper if bought quarterly,or, annually!
I do 15-18 Yoga Classes a week, with a few Pilates, to have some Variety...
I think I Love Yoga, more then Chocolate- but, don't Tell 'Anyone'...
