Let's face it, our feet hold us up for a lifetime. Many people suffer from various conditions in their feet, feeling uncomfortable and even resort to surgery to alleviate pain. Kundalini, a Sanskrit word meaning, 'circular power', is an individual's basic evolutionary force. Each of us is born with some of this energy flowing. The amount available and useable determines whether a person has low intelligence, a genius, or is…
Most people consider life in a solitary journey such a lonely situation. However, when you consider that even though you may practice your yoga in a group, it is very much the individual in consideration. You cannot concentrate on someone else during your practice.
